🗨️ Tip: our mobile notifications work best in Chrome, but feel free to try it out in your preferred browser. However, please note that Firefox and Lilo do not support our mobile notifications.

1. Open the WTMG website on your phone and log in to your account.

2. Go to Account.

3. Click on Turn on notifications. 🎉

Active mobile notifications are shown in your account.

Turn on mobile notifications

How can I see if my mobile notifications are turned on?

The active mobile notifications are shown in your account.

What if my browser is blocking mobile notifications specifically for WTMG?

If you receive an error message that says that your browser is currently blocking mobile notifications for WTMG, you need to update or reset your browser permissions.

Here's how to do it in Chrome:

1. Open WTMG on your phone > Click on the permissions menu (top-left)

2. Click on "Permissions"

3. Click on "Notifications"

4. Turn on notifications for WTMG

My notifications are turned on, but it doesn't work. How can I fix it?

It most likely means that mobile notifications from your browser in general are blocked, and you need to turn them on.

1. Open Chrome on your phone > Click on the 3 dots (top-right) > Settings

2. Click on "Notifications"

3. Click on "All Chrome Notifications"

When notifications are turned on, it appears in green (step 4).

What should I do if my browser doesn't support mobile notifications?

If your browser doesn't support mobile notifications, you can simply use another browser to turn them on. Easy!

Can I receive mobile notifications on different devices?

Yes, of course! Log in to WTMG, go to your account and turn on notifications for the new device. Your difference devices will appear in your account settings.

Yes, you will still get notified by email when you receive a chat message.
